Why can't I create a card for a team member? How does a team member accept the Card v2 ToS?

The Terms of Service (TOS) of Card v2 must be accepted by the user before a card can be created for them. Otherwise, their status will be In Review.

Here's a step-by-step on how to do it.

1. The team member should log in to their OneSafe account and go to the Card v2 page.

2. Then click "Set Up Card Acccess."

3. On the next window, they should accept the Terms of Service then click Setup Access.
