Why can’t I verify my identity or complete my KYC?

If you see a message that says “Could not verify your identity”, it means our verification system was unable to confirm some of the information you provided.

This may occur when the details entered in the form do not exactly match the information shown on your identification documents.

If this happens, please contact our Support Team through one of the following:

When you reach out, make sure to include the following details:

  • The email address associated with your OneSafe account

  • Your company name

  • Your full name (as listed in your KYC)

Our team will manually review your verification and help you complete the process.
