Why am I seeing my personal address in my deposit details?
Last updated: February 27, 2026
If you indicated during onboarding that your company operates with a remote or virtual address, the UBO’s (Ultimate Beneficial Owner’s) residential address is set as the company address by default.
How can I update my address?
To update your company address, please contact our Support team via the in-app chat or on support@onesafe.io and provide one of the approved documents listed below.
The document may be issued under the company name or the UBO’s name, but it must clearly show the business address.
Accepted documents:
Utility bill (issued within the last 3 months)
Bank statement (issued within the last 3 months)
Lease agreement (issued within the last 12 months)
We accept only the document types listed above. PO boxes are strictly not accepted under any circumstances, whether residential or commercial.
Important considerations
Account limitations may change. Updating your address may affect your account ((such as USDT or SEPA availability), as certain jurisdictions are subject to payment or service restrictions. You can review our payment restrictions and account limitations here:
Proof of address from restricted regions cannot be accepted. Please refer to the restrictions page above for more details.
Your deposit details may change. This includes banking details (ACH, Wire, SEPA, SPEI, etc.) as well as any associated crypto deposit addresses.
Please review your details after the update. We recommend checking your deposit information once the address change is completed to ensure you are using the most up-to-date details.
You will be notified once the update is complete or if any additional information is required.
How long does the update take?
Once an approved document is received and successfully verified, the address update may take up to 7 business days to complete, as this process requires review and coordination with our service provider.
