Last updated: March 5, 2026

At this point, the demand for OneSafe has been incredibly high but we can arrange to expedite your KYB process

Know Your Business (KYB) is a legal requirement that helps prevent fraud and money laundering by verifying the legitimacy of businesses. Beyond compliance, KYB in OneSafe is the key to ensuring a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

OneSafe accounts are only available to businesses. Individuals cannot open personal accounts with OneSafe, and valid business documentation is required for all account applications.

What You Need for Onboarding

To be approved for a Stables Account, the following documents must be submitted for KYB verification:

For Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs):

  • A government-issued photo ID* (original photos, not scans)

  • A residential proof of address dated within the last 90 days

For the Business:

  • Business proof of address (within the last 90 days)*

  • Recent company bank statements*

  • Articles of Incorporation (or equivalent business formation documents)

  • Company ownership breakdown (including UBO percentages)

  • For US companies, Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN/FEIN) documentation (e.g., CP575, SS-4, 147c letter)

*If your company is newly established and lacks a bank statement or proof of address, you can use the bank statement and POA of the UBO or controller

Here are a few tips to help avoid delays and get your business verified faster:

Submit Original, Clear Documents

  • Upload the original digital copy of your government-issued photo ID — no scans or photos of printed documents

  • Articles of Incorporation must bear a government-issued stamp

Show Your Business is Active and Real

  • Include proof of business operations (business permits, licenses, registrations)

  • Provide a functioning website or active online presence

  • Upload supporting documents like invoices, service agreements, contracts — anything that shows what your business does

  • Upload original and valid documents

Make sure all documents are recent (within the last 90 days when applicable)

  • Double-check that IDs are valid and match the listed UBOs

  • Uploading high-quality files helps prevent rejections and re-requests
