Why didn’t my company pass the KYB verification?

Last updated: November 12, 2025

Your KYB application may be rejected for a few reasons:

  • Prohibited industries or restricted countries
If your company operates in a prohibited industry or is registered in a restricted country, we’re unable to onboard you.

  • Insufficient business activity
If your company isn’t restricted, your application might be declined due to limited registration or operational activity.
Our banking partners look for clear signs of an active, legitimate business — such as a professional website, verifiable documents, and consistent transactions.
A well-presented website often helps establish credibility.

👉 What if our business does not have a website?

If your application was rejected for the above reasons, we recommend continuing operations for a month or two and gathering more proof of business activity — such as:

  • Invoices or signed client agreements

  • Compliance or registration records

  • Product catalogs or company profiles

Once you have stronger documentation, you can resubmit your application for another review.
